Arizona’s Weather

When I first got to Tucson (November 2017) it was really cold.I come from Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil, where is hot pretty much all the time. There, in the winter, it gets cooler but nothing compared to here. The weather here can change in a matter of minutes. At one moment the sky is blue, no clouds and it’s  hot and dry, then suddenly, it gets cloudy and it starts to rain hard. There are lightning and thunders.

Arizona is a U.S. state in the southwestern region of the United States. It is also part of the Western and the Mountain states. It is the sixth largest and the 14th most populous of the 50 states. Its capital and largest city is Phoenix. Arizona is one of the Four Corners states. Arizona is bordered by New Mexico to the east, Utah to the north, Nevada and California to the west, and Mexico to the south, as well as the southwestern corner of Colorado. Arizona’s border with Mexico is 389 miles (626 km) long, on the northern border of the Mexican states of Sonora and Baja California.

As you can see, this is the desert lol! It amazes me how even though we are in the desert, we can see all the seasons passing by and we can enjoy which one of them.
