Every time that we are going through a difficult moment in our life, when the night comes, everything seems to get worse. It seems like there is no hope, no joy, only worries and anxiety. On the last couple of days I’ve been kinda sad, missing my family that is in Brazil and also because of personal challenges that I’m having at the moment. I cried, I prayed and finally fell asleep. This morning I have peace and joy in my heart. I still miss my family and still have lots of challenges in front of me, so what changed? The bible says: “Weeping may endure for a night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.”(Psalm 30:5b).

It’s not a saying, it’s not something nice to hear so we can feel better. The word of God is life and that’s why I feel good. Every morning brings with it hope and a new chance of  expecting better things to happen. It’s easy to talk about it when all is good but when we actually go through hard times, it’s hard to trust and to believe, but not impossible. I’d like to end this post with another verse: ” Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this:
He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.”(Psalm 37:5,6)

That’s the secret, to commit our way to the Lord and to trust Him! I encourage you as I encourage myself to do it and we’ll see GREAT things happening 🙂
